Models are useful tools for helping people to expand their awareness of self and others.
One model I commonly use in my work is a simple four quadrant model of different behavioural styles or preferences represented by four different colours.

- How do your preferences influence how you tend to behave?
- What do you need to consider when interacting with others in your team who may have different preferences?
