Models are useful tools for helping people to expand their awareness of self and others.

One model I commonly use in my work is a simple four quadrant model of different behavioural styles or preferences represented by four different colours.

Questions for reflection

  • Where do you think you sit?
  • How do your preferences influence how you tend to behave?
  • What do you need to consider when interacting with others in your team who may have different preferences?

MY CLIENTS HAVE BENEFITED IMMENSELY

I’ve got to know Alyson through my use of the Centell Better Life Toolkit in my Executive Coaching work. My clients have benefited immensely from its use - they’ve gleaned a better insight into how they operate and interact with others.

I have found Alyson wonderful to work with - she is very responsive, very technically savvy and is warm and friendly. She always shows a genuine interest in my work and how the BetterLife Toolkit is enhancing that work.
